Writing and editing
I’ve written a wide range of supplements, reports, and manifestos on an array of different topics - from forestry to fintech, robotics to renewables and legal affairs to life sciences.
In 2024, I worked with The National Robotarium in Edinburgh to create Reaping The Rewards of the Robotics Revolution, a manifesto to ensure the UK does not miss out on the global robotics opportunity - which has shaped the way the UK Government is seeking to create more robotics hubs across the nations and regions.
I produced a campaign document (and video) for the nursery sector, and have written manifestos for the forestry and wood industry for UK, Scottish, Welsh and Northern Irish elections - most recently for the Scottish Parliament elections of 2026.
I have written and edited publications on specific business areas - including data and AI, life sciences, sustainability and fintech. In all cases, I take an initial brief and plan/deliver a publication to tight deadlines – working with a range of partners to ensure relevance, quality and consistency. I have written or edited four books, including: Recommends: A Word-of-Mouth Guide to Scotland.
