Writing and editing
I regularly write and edit publications on specific business areas - including life sciences, sustainability, fintech and the quarterly Data Capital supplement for The Scotsman.
In all cases, I take an initial brief and plan/deliver supplements of up to 32 pages to tight deadlines – working with a range of partners to ensure relevance, quality and consistency.
I have also produced forestry manifestos for UK, Scottish and Welsh elections, most recently A Manifesto for Trees and Timber in Northern Ireland (2022); Building A Greener Future (Holyrood 2021), The Wood and The Tree: A Forestry and Timber Manifesto for Wales (May 2021) and The Future Is Forestry: Tackling Climate change With Trees (Westminster, 2019).
I have written/edited four books, including: Recommends: A Word-of-Mouth Guide to Scotland.
