Rachael Clamp, who works with David Lee on a range of projects, has been named as one of the 100 most influential Women in Westminster (WiW100) for 2025.
The #WiW100 recognises outstanding female leadership in politics and public services over the past year.
The list includes household names like Deputy Prime Minister Angela Rayner MP, Conservative Party leader Kemi Badenoch MP, Chancellor Rachel Reeves MP and cross bench peer and former athlete Baroness Tanni Grey-Thompson.
Rachael is founder and director of Ardesey Ltd and works as an Associate with PA Cooperative. David Lee is a Director of PA Cooperative, as well as David Lee Media & Events Ltd.
Working with his fellow Director Neil Cuthbert and Ben McLeish, David supports a range of clients with communications, events, and public affairs.
David Lee, Director of David Lee Media & Events Ltd, said: “I was at Westminster this week working with Rachael on an event promoting prevention in healthcare. Neil and I have also worked with her closely on many other events at Westminster - and at several party conferences.
“Rachael is a rarity - someone who is very skilled at both high-level strategy and practical delivery. She really gets into the small details of an event and is always focused on doing all the small things - as well as the big things - to the highest quality. When you arrive at an event that Rachael is involved in, you know that everything has been considered.
“It’s a pleasure to work with someone who operates to such consistently high standards, and who is also a great person to be around.”
The #WiW100 honoured Rachael, an ex-President of the Chartered Institute of Public Relations (CIPR) for her advocacy work and campaigning for ethical lobbying with the CIPR - and for empowering young people in politics, and championing gender diversity, particularly in the defence sector. The listings saidl: “Rachael is a public relations leader who doesn’t just aspire to deliver results for her clients. She is also determined to change the public relations industry itself for the better.”
Rachael Clamp said: “It is a real honour to be included among such an inspiring group of women, although I still feel a bit awkward about accepting the praise and recognition I’ve had from my colleagues who did this submission in secret. I’m happy to be able to continue to shine a light on the need for ethical lobbying, youth engagement in politics, and improving gender diversity in defence. Hopefully these issues will be better recognised through my place in this year’s Top 100 Women in Westminster.”
